I paid for Pro, but my Pro features don't show up

This occurs most commonly if you are mistakenly logged in to the wrong account.

Here's how to check:


1) Confirm the correct email for your paid Pro subscription

  • Subscribed on our website? Check for an email receipt from Stripe

  • Subscribed on our mobile app (App Store)? Look for a receipt from no_reply@email.apple.com

  • Whichever email got the receipt — that’s the account you should be logged into.

2) Double-check your login:

  • On web: Go to your Account page to verify your email matches the paid plan

  • On the app: Tap your profile (top right) → General Information to see which email you’re using.
