This occurs most commonly if you are mistakenly logged in to the wrong account.
Here's how to check:
1) Confirm the correct email for your paid Pro subscription
Subscribed on our website? Check for an email receipt from Stripe
Subscribed on our mobile app (App Store)? Look for a receipt from no_reply@email.apple.com
Whichever email got the receipt — that’s the account you should be logged into.
2) Double-check your login:
On web: Go to your Account page to verify your email matches the paid plan
On the app: Tap your profile (top right) → General Information to see which email you’re using.
