If you signed up using our iOS mobile application and chose "Hide My Email" then Apple created a Private Relay email to mask your real email address. Your account with us is tied to that Private Relay email.
To log in, you’ll need to find the Apple ID email associated with that relay.
Here's how:
(1) Go to your Settings app on your phone
(2) Click on your Apple Account on the top
(3) Tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Apps Using Apple ID"
(4) Find the Playground app in the list and click on it
(5) There, you’ll see the Private Relay email and the correct Apple ID it's linked to.
Use that real email (not the private relay one) to log in to your account on our site.
